A Structured Academic Journey
Each grade builds progressively from strong fundamentals to application-based learning and focused board examination preparation.
Grade 8
The syllabus focuses on strengthening basic concepts and improving language skills. Students are introduced to more structured topics in Science and Mathematics while developing analytical thinking.
Grade 9
This stage deepens subject knowledge through more detailed and application-based learning. Students begin to understand real-life applications of concepts and prepare for the academic rigour of Class 10.
Grade 10
A crucial academic year focused on the public board examination, with revision, model question papers, preparatory examinations and result-oriented coaching to help students perform well.
Continuous Progress Monitoring
The assessment system evaluates academic performance, conceptual understanding, skills and overall progress throughout the academic year.
Assessments
Assessments include four Formative Assessments (FA) and two Summative Assessments (SA).
Parent–Teacher Meeting (PTM)
A scheduled collaborative session between educators and parents to discuss a student's academic progress, social-emotional development and behaviour. At Varin, PTMs are organised after every assessment.
